Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, send it back within 60 days for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling) or exchange.
If you need to return any merchandise, enclose a copy of the original invoice and make a note about the reason of exchange or why you wish to have a refund for the merchandise (a return will never be denied for the reason of return, we only ask so that we can better our products). Wrap merchandise securely and return via UPS or insured USPS. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), and suitable for resale may be returned for exchange or a refund within 60 days of purchase/order. After 60 days goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom, printed, embroidered or clearance products.
For returns, you will be credited by the original method of payment excluding shipping and handling charges and any other outside fees. A check or money order for shipping and handling must accompany all exchanges.
If you are looking to exchange, please include a copy of the invoice along with the exact description of what you are looking to exchange for. It is a good idea to check the website to see if the item you are looking to get is still in stock. Customer will have to pay shipping for both the item being returned to come back to KWON USA, as well as the shipping for the new item. Merchandise returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling will be either charged to the card on file, or sent an invoice for customer to pay. Merchandise will not be shipped until the shipping fee is collected.
Important: For all returns and exchanges, it is important to make sure that the item you are returning/exchanging is eligible for return/exchange. Discontinued, clearance items, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you send back an item that is not eligible for a return/exchange, you will not be refunded and you will have to pay another shipping fee to get the item shipped back to you.
Customers may be assessed restocking fees, repackaging fees, and cleaning fees based on the condition of the product.
