This head guard is made of extremely lightweight EVA foam material which weighs less than 9oz--half the weight as other molded and preformed head guards. The size is easily adjustable through an additional hook and loop closure on the back of the head. Especially recommended for amateur Kickboxing and Taekwondo as well as other Martial Arts styles. Available in red, blue, white, or black.
